At Flatlands Branding, we take pride in creating custom, one-of-a-kind items tailored to our customers’ needs. To ensure your complete satisfaction, a proof of your personalized design is always sent via email for your review. We will only proceed with engraving after you’ve approved the proof.

Returns and Exchanges:

No Returns: Since our products are personalized, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.

Proof Approval: It is essential to carefully review your proof. Once you approve the design, Flatlands Branding is not responsible for any personalization errors, including misspellings, punctuation, grammar, or image resolution issues.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to provide a replacement or refund after verifying the damage.

Customer-Supplied Items: Flatlands Branding is not responsible for any damage to customer-supplied items, especially those with special coatings, no protective coatings, or other unknown material characteristics that could affect the engraving process.

Our Guarantee:
If we determine that Flatlands Branding made an error (e.g., a mismatch between the approved proof and the final product), we will issue a full refund.
